30 Seconds, Only 5 ingredients to Veggie Dip Perfection!

For the seasonings I used the Golden Steer Steakhouse Las Vegas “308” combo for the long standing address at 308 W. Sahara for the past 66 years!

Sergios Salt & Pepper Seasoning, Table 40 Italian Seasoning and Bowtie Lemon Pepper Blend. This is the “308” that magics magic happen.

I’ll be at the Golden Steer in Las Vegas on Feb 18th so keep an eye out for a special announcement!

Looking forward to hitting the 3 million mark! Thanks to all my followers who keep my Youtube channel full of great comments on the videos. I have a new low cost wireless probe thermometer under review along with a full discussion about non-stick pans and the real truth people don't understand about them, along with some tasty new recipes. Make sure to keep an eye out as I fly to visit one of my sponsors, the Golden Steer Steakhouse Las Vegas in a few weeks! Their steaks are EPIC along with their jumbo lobster tails. Can you guess which cut of meat I am ordering?

URGENT SECURITY ALERT: ON JAN 7-8TH, Instagram was breached. If you received a password reset here is why and hopefully you did not proceed! Anyone who did is now offline with their account taken over, password change, and your life just became a living h-e-l-l.

On JAN 7-8, a massive data leak involving 17.5 million Instagram accounts triggered a wave of sophisticated attacks.

Details of the Leak
Data Exposed: The leaked records reportedly contain sensitive user information, including usernames, full names, email addresses, international phone numbers, user IDs, and partial physical addresses.

Source: The data was published by a user named "Solonik" on BreachForums.

Risk: Cybersecurity experts, including Malwarebytes, warn that this data is highly valuable to cybercriminals for conducting targeted phishing attacks, impersonation scams, and credential theft attempts.

Steps to Protect Your Account
While this is not a new system breach, the availability of this information increases your risk. You should take immediate steps to secure your online presence:

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): This is the most critical step, as it prevents account access even if a hacker has your password.

Change Passwords: Use a strong, unique password for your Instagram account and for all other online services. Avoid reusing passwords across different sites.

Monitor for Suspicious Activity: Regularly check your Instagram Login Activity for any unrecognized logins.

Check If Your Data Was Leaked: Use a reliable data breach monitoring service, such as Have I Been Pwned, to check if your email address or phone number has appeared in this or other data dumps.

Be Alert: Be cautious of any unsolicited messages, emails, or links (especially those arriving via SMS) that claim to be from Meta or Instagram, as these are likely phishing attempts.

The Anatomy of the Attack

Hackers send messages which notify your phone with dozens of legitimate password reset requests to overwhelm you (or it could be just one). Once you are exhausted and anxious, they send a fake "Copyright Infringement" notice or a direct message from a "Meta Representative".

How They Bypass Security

Hackers use a "Man-in-the-Middle" tool to act as a digital relay. When you provide your login details and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code to the scammer, they pass them to Instagram in real-time.

Their ultimate goal is your session cookie. By stealing this "golden ticket," they bypass 2FA entirely, lock you out, and take full control of your account.

CRITICAL: 3 Steps to Secure Your Account

Pause Before Acting: Urgency is the hallmark of a scam. Meta will never threaten to delete your account within 24 hours via DM.

Upgrade Your 2FA: SMS-based codes are vulnerable. Switch to an Authenticator App or use a Hardware Security Key (like a YubiKey) for near-impenetrable defense.

Secure Backup Codes: Print your Instagram recovery codes and store them physically. These are your "break glass in case of emergency" tools if you are ever locked out.
