In 2019, we decided to bring a stick burner quality pellet to the pellet grilling world, so we built a state-of-the-art custom mill here in Woodland, CA. Rooted in our “From Field to BBQ” philosophy, we personally oversee every single step of the process – working with growers to source the wood, harvesting, and grinding in the orchard, transporting, and crafting the pellets in our custom mill on the family farm. Even packaging and distribution is under our care.
