  1. Beat the eggs.

  1. Melt the mozarella and cream cheese in the microwave in the same bowl.

  1. Mix with a spoon.

  1. Add all the ingredients except the egg yolk and sesame seeds to the bowl. Mix by hand until all ingredients are
    incorporated.

  1. Using oiled hands (I used by non-latex gloves) take about 2 golf ball sized scoops of dough and roll them into round balls.

  1. Place the buns on parchment paper on a baking tray or a non-stick tray will work too.

  1. Egg wash the buns with a brush.

  1. Garnish with sesame seeds.

  1. Bake for 30 mins at 350°F or 180°C.

  1. Let cool for 5 mins.

  1. Eat them!
