Keto Cheesy Dinner Rolls

Beat the eggs.

Melt the mozarella and cream cheese in the microwave in the same bowl.

Mix with a spoon.

Add all the ingredients except the egg yolk and sesame seeds to the bowl. Mix by hand until all ingredients are
incorporated.

Using oiled hands (I used by non-latex gloves) take about 2 golf ball sized scoops of dough and roll them into round balls.

Place the buns on parchment paper on a baking tray or a non-stick tray will work too.

Egg wash the buns with a brush.

Garnish with sesame seeds.

Bake for 30 mins at 350°F or 180°C.

Let cool for 5 mins.

Eat them!
