Dr. Bill Accousti is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon who moved to New Orleans in 2001, where he met his wife Tiffany, a Louisiana native. Their marriage became a beautiful blend of Northern and Southern cultures.

Fifteen years and two children later, Dr. Bill began combining the pure maple syrup of his Connecticut roots with the rich cane syrup beloved in the South. When his children Anna and Will declared the taste “out of this world,” Dr. Bill’s Cane & Maple Syrup was born.

As a pediatric surgeon, Dr. Bill pioneered fortifying syrup with Vitamin D—something never done before—creating an all-natural, nutritious breakfast staple families can trust.
