Ingredients
Instructions
-
Pound two boneless, skinless chicken breasts so they are even
thickness across the entire breast.
-
Place two eggs and milk into 1 bowl and mix well.
-
Place flour in a separate bowl next to the egg wash bowl.
-
Dip chicken in egg wash on both sides and then dip in seasoned flour
mixture.
-
Repeat the egg wash process so your chicken breast is double-coated with
seasoned flour and set aside.
-
Cook 4 pieces of bacon until cooked but not extremely crispy. Super
crispy bacon is technically burnt bacon, and you lose much of the flavor
over cooking it. It should still be malleable.
-
Drain the bacon and leave the bacon drippings in the pan.
-
Set the pan with bacon drippings to medium heat and make sure any wet
spots of the chicken breast are completely covered with flour, and then place
chicken breasts slowly into the pan.
-
Let the chicken brown on each side until the internal temperature of the chicken
chicken breast is 155°F and remove from the pan.
-
Slice bacon into thin strips and wrap around chicken breasts, and plate up as you desire.
-
STREET CORN
-
For Street Corn, cut corn into 1/2 inch pieces and coat with Brala’s
Garlic Whip around the perimeter of the cob kernels.
-
Sprinkle with Everything But The Elote Seasoning.
-
Air fry corn at 380°F for 4 minutes, flip over the corn, and repeat another
4 minutes at 380°F.
-
Plate up corn with bacon-wrapped chicken and sprinkle with chopped
chives.
Note
Served with Street Corn.
