Sweet Heat Cane & Maple Lemon Pepper Wings

These wings will tickle your tastebuds. These are my NCAA March Madness munchie that everyone raves about!

  1. Dry your chicken wings with paper towel

  1. Lightly brush wings with Dr. Bill’s Cane & Maple Syrup.

  1. Cover wings lightly all over with baking powder. Should be a light dusting.

  1. Sprinkle Lawman Rub Co. Deputy Coach lemon pepper (or lemon pepper seasoning of your choice) all over the wings.

  1. Air fry for 25 minutes at 380°F turning every 10 minutes

  1. When wings are just starting to brown, turn all wings skin side up and air fry for 10 minutes at 400°F. Watch carefully as distance to heating element, type of air fryer and your environment will cause times to vary.

  1. Once done, take out and sprinkle with Neil Sarap’s Lemon Pepper seasoning and white sesame seeds.
