Ukulele Jay BBQ is the passion project of Jay Goldberg — an award winning BBQ chef, pit master, storyteller, and creator. Through backyard experiments, traveling the country to the top bbq joints, trial and error, and a deep love for smoking meat and grilling, Jay has turned his craft into recipes, videos, and experiences that inspire home cooks to master fire and flavor.
