Sourdough Bagels with a BBQ TWIST!
This is my NY bagel recipe where I add Knotty Wood BBQ rub (https://knottywooodbbq.com) to the top of the bagel moderately. Most other rubs will not work combined with the sourdough but this has never been done in any shop or online (BBQ BAGELS). Enjoy and experiment with different rubs and tell me what you found works with your bbq rubs!
