PREP TIME 5 min
COOK TIME 15 min
INGREDIENTS
• 3-4 baby Bok Choy

• Heat your wok on high ( I used the Hexclad non-stick wok for this) https://hexclad.com
• Add avocado oil and let it get super hot (very important or you'll have a watery mess).
• Add vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add Tamari and Bachan's sauces and stir vegetables well.
• Add cream and stir until sauce starts to thicken, stirring vegetables often.
• Once sauce is thick and veggies are done to your liking, serve.
